1. Service Quotations & Pricing

All prices quoted on guarding setups, bodyguards, bouncers, and housekeeping services are subject to the following criteria:

• Quotes are valid for 15 business days from the date of issuance.
• Prices are subject to applicable GST taxes unless clearly stated otherwise in the service agreement.
• Premises layouts and shifts submitted are verified by our operations desk before confirming bulk security rates.

2. Deployment & Vetting

We target swift deployment setups across Delhi-NCR:

• Stated deployment timelines are approximate and subject to background check confirmation.
• The client is responsible for providing necessary facilities (guards room, washrooms) for onsite staff.
• Any service modifications or shift adjustments must be reported in writing 72 hours prior.

3. Payment Terms

For B2B security contracts, payment guidelines are strictly enforced:

• Monthly service invoices are raised on the 1st of each calendar month.
• Payments must be cleared within 7 business days from invoice generation.
• Delayed payments attract interest at standard commercial lending rates.

4. Intellectual Property

All logo marks, graphics, copywriting layouts, code, and stylesheets on this website are the property of Knight Challenges Pvt Ltd. Sourcing, scraping, or duplicating pages is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
